We have used Broad Ripple Over-Head Doors for two repairs since we bought our house about two years ago - they just happened to be the name on the sticker on our openers, and we're very happy that they were! Both times, we were able to get same day service at a price that's significantly lower than some of the larger companies in town, and you couldn't ask for friendlier people. Very impressed with the operation of the new garage door installed by John and his team. Its movements are very precise and we went with a side mount lift which is very very quiet and out of the way. Great decision with help from John. Demo and installation were fully included in the quoted price and there were no surprises.

We actually converted two separate 8' openings to a single 17' opening and John recommended a great contractor named Russ Graham who was excellent with communication and did high quality work at a fair price. I have used Broad Ripple Overhead Doors & Openers for about 30 years when they replaced my original garage door and opener. Since then have come out to replace springs and do other necessary maintenance as needed. Each time they respond quickly and get me taken care of. In fact, just Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, my spring broke and Lisa got me worked into an already busy schedule and dispatched her son and son in law within a few hours.
